HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION
NSCP has a block of rooms set aside at the meeting location, Hilton Baltimore, located at 401 West Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. The Hilton Baltimore Hotel is a 4 diamond rated hotel, and the room rate is $209 USD per night. All reservations must be made through our online registration system and our housing bureau. Please do not call the hotel directly.
DISCOUNT FOR ADDITIONAL PEOPLE FROM THE SAME FIRM
In order to help compliance departments educate their compliance staff, NSCP is offering a 10% registration fee discount for each additional attendee from within the same firm. NATIONAL MEETING "3 FOR 1" REFERRAL PROGRAM
Successfully refer a prospective member and receive 1/3 off your 2010 National Meeting registration, a savings of at least $250.00! Any NSCP member that makes three or more successful referrals will get to attend the meeting at no charge. Each prospective member must submit a completed membership application with payment by 10/12/2010. Certificates are not transferable and have no monetary value. Questions? For each referral, please complete this form (pdf) in its entirety. The 1/3 Off or 2/3 Off Coupon or Free Coupon is valid for 2010 only and must be redeemed on or before the National Meeting Final Deadline with your completed meeting registration form and the appropriate amount due.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon notification in writing on or before Friday, September 14th, 2010, a full refund, less a $100 (USD) administrative fee, will be made. No refunds will be issued after that date, but substitutions may be made on or before Tuesday, October 12th, 2010. Substitutions are subject to a $100 (USD) administrative fee.
